Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of tsurumi.ai, the tsurumi account, the creative workspace, project sharing, generation features, and related services.
By using tsurumi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and access
You must use an account that you control, keep its information accurate, and not share access to it.
Organization membership and project sharing grant only their described access. An organization administrator or project owner may change or revoke that access within their authority.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly contacting us if you believe it was misused.
The service
tsurumi provides tools for creating, storing, organizing, and sharing images and videos, including access to third-party generation models.
We may add, remove, or change models, features, limits, or prices as providers and the service evolve. We do not promise that a particular model or feature will always be available.
You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using them. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You grant tsurumi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, generate from, and share your content. Do not submit personal information, confidential material, or third-party content unless you are authorized to do so.
tsurumi does not use your inputs or outputs to train tsurumi models. Third-party generation providers may process submitted material under their own terms and policies, which you should review before using a model.
AI-generated results
Generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your purpose. Results are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for checking results, rights, attribution, safety, and compliance before publishing, selling, or relying on them. Applicable law may limit or determine the rights you receive in generated results.
Credits and payment
Some generation features use prepaid credits. Credit packs, prices, currency, taxes, and any applicable expiration information are shown at checkout. Credits are for your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
Credits expire six calendar months after they are granted. Failed generations may be refunded according to the service's processing rules. Payment is processed by Stripe, and refunds are handled as required by applicable law and the information shown at purchase.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for a purchase you confirm. We may change prices or credit packs for future purchases; changes do not alter credits already granted except as required by law.
Project sharing
Projects are private by default. The owner may share with selected collaborators, the current organization, or a public link. Anyone who has a current public link may view the shared project and completed outputs without signing in.
Project owners are responsible for choosing who can access a project. Disabling or regenerating a public link invalidates the previous link, but it cannot undo copying or viewing that occurred while the link was active.
Acceptable use
You may not use tsurumi to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, evade usage or access controls, harass or harm people, or create or share content that is abusive, deceptive, or unsafe.
You may not probe or disrupt the service, extract credentials or private data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use automated traffic in a way that interferes with other users.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or the public, to investigate abuse, to address non-payment, or when you breach these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Suspension or termination may make content unavailable, and deletion of content or an account may be permanent after applicable retention obligations are satisfied.
tsurumi property
tsurumi, its name, branding, software, interface, and service materials are owned by or licensed to the tsurumi team. These terms do not grant you ownership of them or permission to use the tsurumi name or marks without authorization.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while your rights in your submitted content remain subject to the content section above.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tsurumi is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party provider availability or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the tsurumi team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another process.
